1:30PM Adult Day Care Service - Deacon

2:30PM Alzheimers Unit Communion Service - Deacon

• Deacon does pastoral visits between services and distribution of communion. 

• Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EM's) bring communion to rest of nursing home.

• EM's distribute communion to homebound residents and at River Terrace Nursing Home, James Manor Rest Home, Wallace Towers Senior Housing, Golden Living Nursing Home, The Highlands, and Manor on the Hill. 

Thursdays:
Afternoon Rosary with residents at Alzheimers unit

2nd week of the month Communion Service
4th week of the month Catholic Mass
Deacon does Pastoral Care visits to the nursing home residents when requested.

Homebound parish residents, mostly in the AM, as needed. (Presently: Deacon visits (4), number varies) EMs bring communion to home bound.

• Has been running 3-6 patients in-house from St. Bernard/St. Camillus.

Thursdays:

Deacon visits Burbank Campus (Rehab and Cancer units) 

• Usually runs 6 to 7 patients

Deacon does pastoral visits at HealthAlliance Hospital

• Has been running 3-6 patients in-house

Check in with Hospital Chaplain twice a week for St. Bernard at St. Camillus parishioners in-house. 
Check patients who do not have a parish listed in order to build relationship with HealthAlliance to better serve our parishioners.
